HAIRCUTS ARE GENDERLESS -Goodbye "mens" and "womens" haircuts. Haircuts are broken down into the length of your hair. If you have long hair and we are chopping select long haircut, but next visit you can select a shorter one.
HAIRCOLOR SERVICES ARE NO LONGER ONE SIZE FITS ALL - Hair color services are now based off our time together and the product used. Meaning its more customized to you and your hair needs. We have all seen the tiktok trends of hairdressers showing how much product and supplies have gone up. This new structure ensures you pay for what you get done vs. the same price everyone pays.
Doug Treadway started his career in 2010 working solely behind the chair. A couple years into his career he started down his dream career path and started his journey traveling and educating salon professionals for Redken 5th Ave NYC. Through this Redken journey he has earned the title of Redken Specialist, Redken Haircolor Certified Stylist, Redken Design Certified Stylist, and Redken Balayage Certified Stylist. When he is not in the salon you can find him traveling the country inspiring other Salon Professionals or he is working with his husband on their Lifestyle Brand, ELEVEN//Three to help fund starting a family.
